WHAT WE DO
Electrical
- High Voltage (HV) system design, including obtaining NOCs and approvals for building substations as per DEWA and ADDC standards.
- Low Voltage (LV) system design and approvals in compliance with DEWA, ADDC and green building regulations.
- Power upgradation solutions for both HV and LV systems, including authority approvals.
- Electrical meter installation, testing, and commissioning as per DEWA and ADDC standards.
- Design coordination and inspection with DEWA engineers.
- Modification, supply, and installation of LV Panels, MDB, SMDB, DBs, Circuit Breakers (CB) and ATS as per approved drawings and authority standards.
- Busbar and busway system design in accordance with DEWA and ADDC standards.
- Cable tray, ladder, trunking and containment systems as per authority standards.
- Load schedule preparation, power cabling, as per DEWA/ADDC requirements.
- Low Current Systems (LCS) and structured cabling including CCTV, ANPR and Access Control Systems (ACS).
- TV, audio/video intercom systems, GRMS, intruder alarm, PA/BGM and people counting systems.
- Design, supply and installation of earthing and lightning protection systems as per authority standards.
Plumbing
- Water supply and drainage system design in compliance with authority standards and regulations.
- Water meter installation as per DEWA and ADDC authority standards.
- Design of transfer pumps, booster pumps, and sump pumps including flow and head calculations.
- Water demand assessment and water tank sizing calculations.
- Drainage system design using UPVC and HDPE piping.
- Water supply system design using PPR, PEX, LDPE and copper piping.
- Grease trap design (Type A to Type D).
- Solar water heater system design as per regulations.
HVAC
- HVAC system design in accordance with ASHRAE standards and DM regulations.
- BTU meter approval coordination as per authority requirements.
- Selection and design of systems including Split Units, Ducted Split, Chilled Water, VRF, FAHU, Ecology Units and MAHU.
- Thermal heat load calculations as per ASHRAE standards.
- Ventilation system design including kitchen, hood, staircase and garbage chute pressurization.
- Preparation and submission of shop drawings for authority approvals.
- Duct design using PI, GI, SS and MS materials.
- Refrigerant piping design and insulation for DX and VRF systems.
- Design of Fresh air and exhaust fan ,hoods including calculations as per ASHRAE Standards.
- Insulation for chilled water and district cooling piping systems.
- Hot tapping connections from main stub-outs as per project requirements.
Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting
- Fire alarm and sprinkler system design in compliance with DCD and NFPA standards.
- Coordination and obtaining approvals from Dubai Civil Defence (DCD) and relevant authorities.
- Design of emergency central battery systems and emergency monitoring panels.
- Design of FACP, FARP, Mimic Panels, Voice Evacuation Systems, Fire Telephone Systems and monitoring panels.
- Foam and deluge system design as per DCD and NFPA standards.
- Fire hose reels and fire hose reel cabinet systems.
- Fire pump and fire water tank design including hydraulic calculations.
- Clean agent systems, foam tanks, fire extinguishers, sprinklers and GI fire fighting piping systems.
